Accommodations

Our Dwelling Place has King- or Twin-bedded rooms with private bathrooms at $100 per night, ($125 per night ski season). The St. Joseph Room, with comfortable sofas, fireplace, brick and honey-pine walls creates a warm atmosphere for conferences and sharing. A small chapel of wood, windows and brick provides opportunity for individual and community prayer. We also have a cozy sitting room-library, with recliners and a wonderful view. Free WIFI is available in all guestrooms, throughout the house and on the front porch deck. Individuals, couples or families may prepare their own meals in our fully-equipped guest kitchenette. Retreat groups may use our main kitchen and enjoy their meals in our bright, windowed dining room.  Two-night minimum for all reservations.
Located three miles South of Okemo Mountain and three miles North of Weston Priory, we offer the opportunity to combine retreat time here with other spiritual and recreational experiences. In Winter, snowshoe, hike, ski Okemo, or cross-country ski on our 6 acres. In Summer, Spring or Fall, pray in our Rosary Orchard, rest beside the brook, walk along country roads or listen to the gentle sounds of sheep grazing in our meadow.

We Need Your Help to Continue Our Ministry!

As we celebrate our 30th year of spiritual ministry here in Vermont, we pause to thank you for your generous support of St. Joseph’s Dwelling Place. Offering small or large donations, one time gifts or monthly pledges, people who have been touched and blessed by this Dwelling Place and Catherine Joanne’s ministry on the road have made it possible for us to continue to welcome individuals, couples and groups of all ages and walks of life to grow in peace, hope and spirituality.

Even as we thank you, we turn to you again, and ask if you would consider a small or large gift to help us continue this work of hospitality at St. Joseph’s Dwelling Place. Perhaps you would consider placing us on a monthly gift schedule, an automatic payment plan, or even including us in your will as part of the spiritual legacy that you leave behind for future generations.

Whatever you are able to do to assist us will be deeply appreciated, as we move forward with confidence in our mission: to welcome, serve and nurture the presence of God in each guest.

Thank you,

Catherine Joanne
